My very nice surgeon agreed to delay my bum op for a week, so that I could attend the 2016 Glastonbury Festival with my family and friends. This is my first time, which is slightly silly really seeing as how music is such a big part of my life and we only live a few miles from the event.
Early reports suggest that the festival site is pretty damned muddy, so I will be spending the weekend wading around in sloppy brown stuff. Should be good practice for me for the next few weeks, when we are bound to have the occasional colostomy bagging error!
ELO, Muse, ZZ Top, Squeeze, Band of Horses, Goitse, Blackberry Smoke, John Grant, New Order, Sam Lee and P J Harvey, will all do it for me.
